Shipping Policy

We use multiple shipping channels currently depending on the location you wish your parcel to be delivered. All items should reach within the days specified in the shipping method you select on dispactch. You will receive a tracking number with additional details in mail regarding your order on shipment dispatch.

In case of delays beyond the specified time you may contact us on specified number in the contact section. In case there are any special requirement for shipping like gift wraps or other requirements, please feel free to contact or mail us with the same after placing your order.

Due to lockdown, there may be delays. All orders will be shipped on relaxation of restrictions regarding shipping. Please contact us if any further help is required.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns for the items once sold, but we would accept in case of any defects or repairs required. Please note that the printing defects present in most cases are due to the nature of the materials and techniques used in the products and the shades and colours may vary slightly from the images. All materials and products go through a stringent quality check before dispatch. In case of any complaints please mail us at hattiandcompany@gmail.com with proper description and images.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All orders can be cancelled prior to shipping. You will receive refund of 90% of total order value on cancellation. In case of any shortcomings on our end, full refund will be initiated. The orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
